Warranty, Returns, Shipping

We design and manufacture Hutter-Brock & Co. LLC products including but not limited to:  1) Tuff Monkey Equipment™ products, designed and manufactured to outperform all other sandbag products available. No repairs or exchanges on bags that are overfilled, used inappropriately, or filled with alternative substances.  2) Iron Moon Products:  No repairs or exchanges on products that are overfilled or used inappropriately.  3) Masks – Non-refundable – all sales final.  We warranty our products to be free of defects in materials or workmanship.

 

We offer a 30 day money back return, with a full 12 month warranty for exchange or repair only due to manufacturer defect. Items that have been worn, washed or obviously abused will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. This limited warranty excludes damage resulting from improper care or handling, accidents, modification, unauthorized repairs, normal wear, or other causes which are not defects in materials and workmanship. Write a detailed note on your invoice or receipt of purchase explaining your return preferences (refund or exchange) and why you are returning the item.

Include contact email.  Within 5-7 after receipt of your package we will inspect the item(s) and contact you with Hutter-Brock’s decision, why and timing as appropriate. Necessary corrections and your return/repair/exchange will be completed within the timeframe communicated in confirmation/rejection email. All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase. Allow 5-7 days for return shipping. We reserve the right to decide whether the product should be repaired or replaced. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. You must include a return address on any package sent to Hutter-Brock & Co. Any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will not be processed and Hutter-Brock & Co. LLC will not replace the contents of the package.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

All orders will be shipped using the most appropriate method for destination, UPS, FedEx, USPS.   Estimated shipping time:  Domestic shipments - 3-5 days to be delivered and International shipments - 6-10 days to be delivered. Once the order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
